The End of the Line is an exciting, educational documentary on the impact of overfishing in our oceans, an issues that was recently discussed at the Convention for International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) meeting.

Filmed over two years, the film follows investigative reporter Charles Clover as he travels around the world highlighting the effects of overfishing. The film points to problems with consumer demand, illegal fishing and the lack of reaction by politicians to scientific concern as the main contributions to this situation, as well as pointing to simple and doable solutions for addressing this international problem.

Produced by New Zealand film maker Esther Tobin, 'The End of the Line' premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and is now being screened around the world as a part of a global campaign for citizens to demand better marine policies.
